We recommend shampooing and conditioning your hair and then dry your hair with a towel or an old t-shirt if you want to protect your hair from damage. If you have a lot of tangles, it is recommended to start detangling hair at the bottom and work your way up.
Yes! It is designed to use on both wet and dry hair. Always start brushing at the bottom and work your way up.
The brush is super easy to clean. Pull out the loose hairs with your hands, then place the brush under warm running water to loosen up any hairs and remove with fingers. The brush may also be cleaned with a mild soap or shampoo.
YES! Kids are huge fans of this brush because it doesn't cause pain and pulling like most other brushes. The brush works by separating hair in a knot instead of pulling at it. The bristles also do not have beads on them, which prevents scratching of the scalp.
It's ok. We understand that not everything is for everybody which is why we have a 30 day no questions asked return policy.
They didn’t even send over my order. Just took my money and had no proper ethics to communicate and/or update me about said package…
I’m 11 with thick curly hair. This brush gets the job done really fast. It rips a little but pulls out about the same as most of my other brushes. It’s less frustrating than the other brushes. You can feel the hair smoothing out and it doesn’t take like 10 hours to get the knots out. It’s a good brush. I’m glad my mom got it.
I love this brush. It's my second so that I can have one at my apartment and another at my parents' place. My hair tangles easily and most brushes tear out a lot of hair while also hurting. The Crave brush rids my hair of tangles without tearing out much hair and with no pain. I also like that I can use the brush on both wet and dry hair. The next time I get a haircut, I may ask my stylist to use this brush instead of a comb.
I was skeptical and once I used the comb to detangle, I was blown away! It really does the job with less hair coming off ohhh my.
