Wake-Up Workout

Wake-Up Workout

Start your day off with a morning wake-up workout. If you want to be energized for the whole day, we personally recommend exercising in the morning. There are many reasons why this is important and why we recommend the morning. First off, like we said above, it gives you a boost to the day. Many people that exercise in the morning say that it helps with their appetite - that they aren't as hungry as usual.

Your body needs a regular basis, meaning that you wake up at the same time each morning and exercise at about the same time. If you want to adjust your body to that same rhythm and not confuse it, then this is a huge thumbs up! And our favorite reason: Take care of your body, mind and soul. When you've got a certain time that you do your work-out, you're actually looking forward to something that makes you feel good about yourself. Today we'll be sharing an easy Wake-Up Workout that you can fit in right before your morning coffee.

And lets not forget that if you don't end up doing the work-out this morning, it's okay! Just make sure you get in your 10 min walk in the day for a boost of energy and confidence!

After your workout, take a nice hot shower and massage your scalp with your fingers or a safe brush to continue increasing circulation. Finally, rinse off with cooler water which is better for your hair and will also help give you some energy to dive right into your day.
