Often, because of a busy schedule and lifestyle, many of don't have much time to take care of our hair, skin, nails, lips, etc. We all know how important sleep is and that it's important to get our eight hours of sleep a night, but sometimes it feels like all that time could be spent doing something else. How about multitasking? You're probably thinking How are we suppose to multitask while we're sleeping? Well, today we want to share some beauty tips that can work for your beauty while you sleep. All it takes is a few minutes before you go to bed, and you'll have healthier hair, hydrated skin, and whiter teeth by the morning. After all, they don't call it beauty sleep for nothing! 

Soft hands - If you've got very dry, dehydrated hands, then try this beauty technique: apply a thick hand cream on your hands, put on light cotton gloves and leave this treatment overnight. Wake up to soft, moisturized and smooth hands!
Smooth your heals - Massage a thick cream all over your feet. Put on some comfortable cotton socks and go to sleep. In the morning your feet will say Thanks!

Bye blemishes - You can treat your blemishes while you sleep. Apply a tee tree oil on top of your pimple and see it diminish and disappear overnight! 
Reduce split ends and knots - Get yourself a silk pillowcase! Not only because of the luxury experience, but also, sleeping on a silk pillowcase can be beneficial for your hair, reducing split ends and keeping your hair tangle free in the morning!
Sleeping on your back - When you sleep on your side or on your stomach, you are more likely to get those undesirable facial lines, as well as under eyes bags. Try to sleep on your back instead. 
Soft lips - Exfoliate your lips before heading to bed and apply your favorite lip balm. Doing this often will help you to forget about chapped lips forever!
